RJ Boxing S & C was built from friendship, loyalty and a real love for boxing. It started with me doing small classes with Dave Price and his kids who supported me through my early Thai boxing journey.

Everything grew naturally when I began coaching his sons Jack Price regularly and Tommy Price occasionally doing boxing pad work, strength and conditioning sessions that came from the heart. As we trained, our friendship grew and Jack pushed me to study boxing deeply and build confidence speaking about the sport on YouTube. 

​

My passion for boxing strength and conditioning comes from real education, including training under Chris Barnard at Overtime Athletes and studying Triphasic Training and Special Strength Development.

Every program I create is built for boxers who want more power, speed and real conditioning. RJ Boxing S & C isn’t just a brand. It’s loyalty, hard work and a training system built with purpose.
